September 2015 Update: Your Feedback Informs Everything We Do

By Dmitry Buterin, Founder and Chief Apricot

Dmitry ButerinFall is now officially on us! I hope you've had a fantastic summer.

Back in in July, we switched to a platform called Uservoice to make it easier to collect your feedback. A big thanks to all our clients who are contributing!

Our User Experience team has also been hard at work to launch a new initiative that allows select users to test out upcoming features before they are released!

How it works:

  • We develop a feature prototype
  • Users (you!) vote and comment on the feature within our forum
  • Select users test out the prototype and offer direct feedback
  • We use your feedback to create the best possible features
This is a first for Wild Apricot, and we can't wait to get our prototype features into the hands of more customers!
