We’re all busy wrapping up the old year and planning for the new one. And since this is the busiest time of the year for many, planning for the New Year can seem a little overwhelming. This is especially true for those who manage small non-profits and membership organizations, many of whom are juggling the same process at their day job as well as in their volunteer role.
