Enhancing Our Support
We've been working hard to improve our customer support for all our loyal Wild Apricot clients! We've added new members to our support team -- including support from our Moscow office, providing email coverage starting at 1am Eastern time -- and we've expanded our regular support hours to extend a bit later, to 6pm Eastern Time. We've also been working on answering emailed tickets on off-hours more regularly.
Another feature we've implemented is a scheduled call-back function. This is great for people who have limited time availability... you can select a date and time to receive your callback, and we'll call you within 30 minutes of your selected timeslot. You can find the callback button on our contact page.
Lastly, a few months ago we added a brand new position to our team -- Technical Writer, our Picky Apricot (Steve Andrews) -- who has been toiling away at improving our help site documentation. Many of you have said that while our documentation is extensive, it's not always the easiest to understand. We're listening, and as always, constantly striving to do better.
